6-12 series high-pressure heavy-duty centrifugal fan, suitable for conveying non-flammable gas and granule/powder/chip/fiber material at normal temperature or high temperature. 

The output gas flow is slightly larger than the 6-11 series heavy-duty centrifugal fan, the air volume is large, and the pressure is high, smooth operation, high reliability and long life. 

It is widely used in industrial applications such as sintering systems, large-scale dust collectors, feed/air supply/exhaustion of large industrial rotary kiln/calcining kiln, air intake of large boilers, and desulfurization and denitration of industrial waste gas.

 

Product features

1. According to customer performance requirements customized design, and optimized by CFD technology, the energy consumption is lower than similar models.

2. The blade placement angle is optimized, more wear-resistant and longer service life.

3. The variable inlet damper can be used to flexibly adjust the pressure and flow of the fan during operation. The variable frequency motor can also be selected to adjust the pressure and flow of the fan by changing the speed.

4. The fan is equipped with temperature and vibration sensors, which can easily install the fan operation monitoring device.

5. Made of high quality carbon steel, stainless steel or other metal materials are available upon request.

6. Ultrasonic flaw detection on the welding seam and main spindle of the impeller to ensure that there are no welding defects or material defects and ensure the strength.

7. Bearing cooling method: according to gas temperature and operating environment conditions choose low-cost water-cooling method or oil-cooling method with good heat dissipation performance. 

For extremely high temperature operating conditions, can also be installed with an electronic cooler, absolute protection of the reliable operation of the fan system.

8. Large parts and components are disassembled and transported, so that most parts can be loaded into containers for transportation, saving you shipping costs.

9. Each component has an installation number. Under the guidance of the installation manual, the system assembly can be completed smoothly.
