By introducing advanced technology, cooperating with Tsinghua University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and other institutions in research and development, and using CFD analysis to optimize product design, SIMO Blower can achieve the following: under the designed operating conditions, the efficiency of the fan is above 83%, and the maximum efficiency can reach 89%.
The product uses finite element analysis to check key parameters such as strength, displacement, and mode of rotating parts. Reasonable material selection and structural design provide a guarantee for the long-term and stable operation of the equipment.
Through reasonable structural design, material selection and high temperature protection measures, the SIMO Blower can meet the long-term stable operation requirements in a 1050℃ environment.
The fan adopts thermal expansion structure design to eliminate the impact of high temperature thermal expansion.
Its working principle is that the thermal expansion mechanism controls the movement direction of the casing from cold to hot states, and the elastic bolts ensure that the supporting feet can move smoothly on the foundation after the casing expands due to heat, and can return to their original positions smoothly when in a cold state, avoiding affecting the concrete foundation and causing plastic deformation of the fan. The foundation will not be affected by any thermal expansion, thereby achieving the purpose of protecting the fan and foundation.
1)By adopting a reasonable corrosion-resistant impeller structure, the cavitation phenomenon of the medium on the blades is reduced and the service life is extended.
2)Rationally select corrosion-resistant steel materials, and adopt process measures such as rubber lining and spraying anti-corrosion materials to meet user requirements.
