Product Description
Induced draft fans (ID fans) typically handle air in harsh conditions, including high temperatures, acidic air flow and other extreme exhaust gases. They concentrate volume and pressure at the fan inlet, allowing air and other materials or elements to pass through the system. Extreme conditions may require special attention to unbalance, excessive vibration, temperature, maintenance and operating costs, but they can also operate at higher efficiencies relative to supply fans.

Product Feature
1. It can output higher outlet pressure and provide more gas flow with lower noise. Ability to work stably at higher media temperatures.
2. Customized design according to customer's performance requirements, and optimized by CFD technology, the energy consumption is lower than similar models.
3. The airflow channel and the impeller have been optimized several times, which is more efficient and energy-saving than ordinary large-flow fans.
4. For the material of impeller and main shaft, we will choose high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, high temperature resistant high-strength alloy steel for different working conditions temperature and working speed, so that the impeller and main shaft can still maintain a reliable strength at high temperature.
5. For dust-containing gas, we can meet various working conditions from a small amount of dust to a very large dust content. After special treatment, the surface hardness of the blade can reach HRC60~70, which can extend the life of the impeller by more than 3 times.
6. The impeller is subjected to high standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable operation of the fan.
7. The fan system adopts a detachable design, which greatly reduces the transportation cost of customers.
8. Each part has an installation number and can be successfully assembled under the guidance of the installation manual.
